If your belt doesn’t fit quite right, we’ll exchange it for the correct size—free of charge for your first exchange. Try it on, keep the tags attached, and let us know within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Exchange Your Belt

1. Contact Us at returns@greyhorse.com.au with your order number and the size you’d like instead.
2. We’ll send you a free return label (first-time exchanges only).
3. Use your original packaging to help protect it, and once your return is received in original condition with tags, we’ll ship out your new belt. Easy!

Please use the following step by step guide to help you decide which size to buy.

1. Find a belt that fits and take note of the hole used.
2. Lay your belt out on a flat surface and measure the distance from the end of the buckle to the hole most used when wearing. 
3. Using the chart below, select the belt that has the closest measurement to its middle hole as what you have measured on your own belt. 
4. If you don't have access to an existing belt, wrap a tape measure where you will be wearing the belt- over your dress, through your belts loops, etc. Then match that measurement to our belt that has the closest measurement to it's middle hole.
