Delivery times can vary at short notice due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. Please note in periods of lockdown, there may be a delay in receiving your online order due to restrictions and demand.

We have no control over delivery delays and most companies are under a lot of pressure at the moment. When your delivery leaves us it has a tracking number attached to your shipped email and we have done our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. 

 

Greyhorse currently ships worldwide from Australia via Australia Post parcel services. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours however, during busy sale periods and over weekends there maybe a small delay in dispatching your order. All shipping timeframes are provided by our shipping partners are simply a guide, and we cannot guarantee a delivery date.

Changes to your order's delivery status will be indicated via your tracking number on Australia Post's website. All orders will require a signature, unless you provide Authority To Leave during checkout. Authority To Leave is optional for Standard deliveries.

  

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We currently ship worldwide to most countries. Please contact us if your country does not display in shipping and would like to purchase from us.

We operate on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that as the customer/buyer, you are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED. We do not collect this beforehand and cannot give you an estimate of the cost as charges vary around the world. As an international customer, we recommend to do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of any additional costs may be by speaking to your local postal or customs office. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs. You are the customer are responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.

Delivery tracking & if your address is unattended at the time of delivery.  

When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. This email will also include a link which will allow you to track the status of your delivery at anytime. If you have not yet received an email notification, please be assured our online team are most likely still working hard to get your order to you. PLEASE NOTE tracking information may not be available online for 24 hours after placing your order.

While we endeavour to deliver goods to your nominated address within the time frames indicated, we cannot guarantee delivery times particularly during the COVID-19 disruption. Dispatch of orders may also be delayed where payment or address information requires verification or correction prior to dispatch.

   

Wrong Address Supplied

The shipping address that you as a customer complete when placing an order is not amended or changed by Greyhorse Equestrian. Greyhorse Equestrian is therefore not liable for any costs incurred of getting an order to the recipient if they have supplied an incorrect shipping address.

 

Lost or Damaged Goods

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please email us so that we may assist you. Please allow up to 48 hours to respond to your query. Our customer service is available Monday to Friday 9am – 3pm (AEST).
