We make every effort to ensure that the item you receive is dispatched and arrives to you in perfect condition.

We are very proud to offer a 12 months no-quibble warranty against any faults for all our products from the date of purchased directly from us.

All products have a manufacturing warranty of one year. This warranty covers faults and defects outside normal wear and tear, and does not cover misuse, accident, modification or unauthorised repair. It does not cover embossed or personalised products. In the unlikely event that a product fails in the warranty period including all stitching, zips, metalwork, handles or corners you can return it to us for repair, or in the event that it is unrepairable, a replacement will be provided, so long as the products have been fairly treated for the period.

If you believe an item you have purchased is faulty, please contact us so we can make it right at support@greyhorse.com.au . Kindly provide your contact information along with your purchase details and photos of the suspected issue. Our customer care team will respond to your email within two business days.

Please note returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from the Greyhorse Equestrian website. 

Warranty claims require a proof of purchase, which includes items that have been gifted.

Once we have received your claim, if the covered component proves to be defective in material or craftsmanship under normal use, it will either be repaired or will be replaced free of charge. You will be notified via an email from us, how your claim will proceed.
